Are you looking for ways to use your garden bounty? Join us on Thursday, July 27th, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. for our ‘You’ve Grown It, Now What?’ workshop, where Brenda Adam will share the benefits of plants for our bodies.
Learn about the benefits of specific herbs and vegetables and tips on harvesting, storing, drying and freezing. Make and take our own bath salts, milk bath and bath tea using local flowers and herbs. Afterwards, join board member Jane Devine while she shares her sourdough starter and demonstrates the steps in making your own healthy bread from start to finish!
