For each event offered throughout the year by the Allie Sunshine Project, an event team is formed and called into action. Starting at least three months prior to an event, this team meets and plans for its success. From start to finish our event teams take care of all the details, timelines, and implementation of an action plan. From promotion, set up, materials required, volunteers needed, registration, to clean up and post event “shinebacks” they do it all. It is always rewarding and fun to be part of a dynamic team planning and experiencing a gathering of our community.
