Planting Wellness Vendor Application

The Allie Sunshine Project invites you to participate in our 10th annual Planting Wellness Event as a Wellness Fair Exhibitor on Saturday May 18th, 2024, from 9 a.m. to 3p.m. at St.Clair Shores Park, 200 Amy Croft Drive. 

This is a great opportunity for local vendors and wellness practitioners to connect with our vibrant and growing learning community. We look forward to being able to share your enthusiasm for healthy food, products, people, or services. Your participation through a booth or demonstration of your expertise would be a great fit with our core purpose, to ignite learning and wellness.If you are interested in being a vendor at the  Wellness Fair, please complete and return the accompanying application form by following the link below. Apply by April 20th to reserve your spot and to receive further details to register.

  • This is an outdoor event.
  • Vendors are required to supply everything they need (table, chairs, tent, materials)
  • The Allie Sunshine Project provides event promotion, parking and a site map.  
  • Cost: $50.00 registration fee, and donation of one wellness gift table item.  Due: April 30th. Upon approval of your application we will direct you to our registration payment platform.

Vendor Details:
Setup is 8am to 9am
Vendors are responsible for their own canopy (tent), table & chairs, tablecloth (if needed), signage etc.
