1. Hello Summer Solstice

Wednesday, June 21, 6:30 to 8:30

Join us for an evening of letting go of spring and welcoming in the summer season together. Brenda Adam, Tanya Laliberte, and Tara Benwell, will guide us in:

Meditation- Gentle yoga- move the body, Yin yoga- release and restore.

Vibration of a sound bath to complete our evening. You will feel the shift!

2. You’ve Grown It, Now What?

Thursday, July 20, 6:30 to 8:30

Welcome to a hands-on workshop in the garden. Certified in natural nutrition, Brenda Adam will share the internal/ external benefits of plants for our bodies. Learn about the benefits of specific herbs and vegetables and tips on harvesting, storing, drying, and freezing. Make & take your own bath salts, milk bath and bath tea using local flowers and herbs.

Board member Jane Devine will share her sourdough bread starter and demonstrate the steps for making your own healthy bread from start to finish!

3. Yoga and Painting in the Garden

Thursday, August 17, 6:30-8:30

Standing, or sitting stretches for serenity and artistic discovery in nature. Using acrylics to create trees on canvas. Led by Christine Paris from Serenity Songs Designs

4. Bouquets, Music, Meditation

Thursday, October 5th, 6:30 – 8:30

Create your own bouquet of beautiful cut flowers as you relax to the sensations and sounds of nature and soothing music. Led by Lynn Hayes and Deb Gibbs Goulding


Events take place at our Healing Garden at 252 West Pike Creek Road.
